Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone maintenance with strong emphasis on the assigned department.

Responsibilities include merchandising to standards, learning promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing items, and coaching new associates. A High School diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and recover product within the department per visual standards.
• Know promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion.

Position Overview

Internal Job Title:

The Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
