You’ll work in partnership with big box retailer to deliver exceptional service and value to customers while building a lucrative career path.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll engage with customers in big box retailer stores, introducing them to our premium water purification systems and setting up appointments for in-depth consultations. Initially, you’ll shadow experienced team members to learn the ropes, eventually growing into a confident closer. With our comprehensive training and supportive environment, success is within your reach!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approach customers in big box retailer stores to discuss their water purification needs and explain the benefits of our systems.

• Appointment Scheduling: Generate leads by setting up appointments with potential customers, passing them to experienced closers initially.

• Shadowing and Training: Observe and learn from seasoned sales professionals to develop your own closing skills.

• Lead Generation: Consistently generate 3-10 leads per day, averaging 12-18 leads per week when working 3 days.

• Transition to Closing: As you gain confidence, take full ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

Compensation and Growth

• Hourly Pay: Earn $20/hour while generating leads.

• Commission: Receive $300 per sale while others close your leads.

• Independent Closing: Once you start closing deals, commissions range from $1,200 to $1,600 per sale, replacing the hourly rate.

• Earnings Potential: With consistent performance, you can achieve significant income while enjoying a flexible schedule.
