Job summary

Staples is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers locate products, and process returns or online pickups. You will contribute to a friendly, team-based store culture and participate in training as needed.

Ideal candidates engage with customers, work well in a busy setting, and are able to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible hours and a positive attitude are valued as part of our store team at Staples.

Responsibilities

• Multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising duties.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.

• Use basic selling skills to engage customers and present solutions.
• Handle returns and online pick-ups.
• Support additional duties such as cleaning and stocking shelves as needed.

• Multitask on cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities
