Ollie's Bargain Outlet is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Friendswood, TX to assist customers and help maintain the store's appearance. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and general store operations, enjoying a 20% employee discount on all Ollie's purchases.

Greet and engage every customer using the brand's Yes I Care, Yes I Can approach; accurately process transactions at the register; learn weekly deals; and support freight and stocking to keep the floor inviting and well

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to train entry-level associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.

The RetailSales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance. Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be an Ollie's store and inventory expert, know our weekly deals and the incredible value we provide our customers.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn how great retailers merchandise their products.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred-
• Happy to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays on a regular basis
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
