Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Wilmington, OH to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You will help with customer service, merchandising, and store operations while learning our weekly deals and value offerings.

The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow in sales and operations, plus employee discounts on purchases and flexible scheduling.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Happy to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis

The RetailSales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance. Primary Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
