Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring for a customer-facing role in our Washington stores. You will deliver exceptional service, process orders, and assist customers with financing and credit applications.

The position focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining cash-handling accuracy and contributing to store operations and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
