As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, interact with customers, process sales, answer product questions, and assist customers in selecting the right products.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and respond to their needs
• Answer inquiries about products, including price, quality, fabric, and usability
• Upsell and recommend additional products
• Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment
• Accurately complete all paperwork
• Provide information about contract specifications and related products
• Handle irate customers professionally
• Assist with phone inquiries about products
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible shift availability, including 7 days a week
