Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere. You’ll engage customers, listen actively, and use product knowledge to guide choices—working with the team to meet sales goals.

Prior retail or commission-based sales experience, bilingual abilities, and a passion for home décor are a plus, with uncapped commissions and growth
