What you’ll be doing...

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our retail stores. Here's what you can expect:

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solutions to provide customers with comprehensive sales options.
• Close sales using excellent communication skills to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop your skills through ongoing training in operational functions, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Grow your customer base by contacting current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base.

We’re hiring immediately! This role offers a base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 in annual commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers can earn over $65,000 annually, including commissions. Compensation varies by location, hours, and performance.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, including military experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance.
• Willingness to work additional shifts during peak periods.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in commission-based sales.
• Customer service and solution-oriented sales experience.
