Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Dubuque, IA is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver great customer service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors. This part-time role requires 20 to 28 hours per week, with pay of $15.00 per hour.

You will greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store. Training is provided, and there is an opportunity to develop retail and customer service

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
