Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Dubuque is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, and keep displays inviting. You will help balance the register and support daily sales goals in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Paid training is provided, and there is employee discount and an Employee Assistance Program. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a strong focus on customer

Retail Sales Associate

Location: Dubuque, Iowa | Pay: $15.00 per hour | Job Type: Part-time | Schedule: 19 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do

What You Need
