Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Davenport, IA is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

This part-time role includes paid training on register procedures, ongoing coaching from store leadership, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Retail Sales Associate

Location: Davenport, Iowa Pay: $12.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
