The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time LEGO Brand Retail Team member to deliver engaging guest experiences at our Des Moines store. You will greet guests, handle the register, and maintain a clean, visually appealing shop while following LEGO Brand Retail standards.
You will support stockroom operations, assist with receiving merchandise, and engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs. Availability includes weekends and some evenings, with a hybrid approach to work in our stores.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $17.25 - $18.75 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
