Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join the team promoting NRG energy services. You’ll engage customers in the store or event settings, learn to uncover needs, and drive sales with a base plus uncapped commission model. Paid training and a first sale bonus are provided.

Expect to work evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and an enhanced balance between work and life while supporting customers in lowering energy costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs
