Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on their assigned zone. You’ll handle customer questions, support promotions, and ensure efficient merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to work with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.

• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
