Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service and sales associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will process sales, assist with credit applications, and help with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.

This role emphasizes meeting sales goals and upholding cash controls in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and have 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
