The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Davenport, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly customer service, stock displays, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, balance the till, and support daily sales goals.

Training is provided, including register procedures and ongoing coaching. Prior retail experience is helpful, and a reliable schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Location: Davenport, Iowa Pay: $12.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately
• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop
• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals
