Our family-owned local lifestyle brand is seeking a retail associate who enjoys working with customers, selling, and promoting our products. The role involves assisting customers by providing recommendations, answering questions, and creating custom jewelry. The ideal candidate has retail experience, can get creative with jewelry making, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in the store.
2. Answer questions about merchandise and store policies; help locate items.
3. Assist in our custom create “Factory” section, helping customers create unique jewelry pieces.
4. Willingness to learn jewelry-making and work with hand tools; prior experience is a plus.
5. Know and promote the company’s mission, creating a fun and comfortable environment.
6. Maintain the back-stock room and set up merchandise displays.
7. Capture and share fun store moments on social media with customers.
8. Finish custom jewelry and home goods items.
9. Promote products on social media platforms.
10. Use the POS system to handle customer transactions.
11. Keep the sales floor clean and organized, collaborating with team members.
