Ace Hardware is hiring in Sedona, AZ for friendly, customer-focused team members. Training is provided, previous hardware experience is not required. The store seeks individuals who can contribute to a welcoming, helpful shopping environment and community presence.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a schedule of 32–40 hours per week. Ace Hardware offers perks and a positive, active work atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend availability.
• No previous hardware experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer, every time.
• Know product locations and store layout to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates, cashiers, and managers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

This position requires you to be 18 years or older to qualify. Must be willing to work weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide Amazing Customer Service to every customer, every time
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products
• Possess basic home repair and maintenance knowledge
• Keep the store clean and free of safety hazards
• Work as a team with fellow associates, cashiers, and managers
• Perform all other duties as assigned
