About The Role

As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers opportunities to grow in a flexible schedule.

Compensation

Starting rate: $18.65
Hourly pay range: $18.65 – $19.79

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide personalized product advice and ensure a perfect purchase experience.
• Contribute to store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance: organize displays, restock shelves, manage merchandise. Lift and carry shoes and boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stay on feet most of shift.
• Handle cashier duties, accurately processing payments.
• Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date on latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve customer experience and sales.
• Collaborate with team to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
