YOUR MISSION
- Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
- Provide high standards of customer experience within the store, aligned with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
- Complete all required training programs (both Domestic and Global) to drive results.
- Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
- Maintain Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
- Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the cash desk, operate POS system properly, handle tender forms with accuracy, and apply discounts when applicable.
- Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise correctly.
- Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are followed and the store’s visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
- Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment, reporting any issues to management.
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT
- One to two years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
- Ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrate high customer service levels, reason through complex issues, and communicate effectively.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, climb, and lift up to 30 pounds, including working at heights and using ladders or step stools.
- Use of senses such as speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision is critical.
- Basic cognitive skills include reading comprehension, math, writing, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- The pay range is $15.50-$18.50 per hour plus benefits, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
