The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build loyalty.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Know our weekly deals and the value we provide.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn merchandising techniques.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to train new Associates without prior retail experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
