Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc in Centralia, WA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (20 hours/week) to connect customers with Pendleton products and deliver the brand experience shoppers expect from our heritage brand.

You'll deliver exceptional service, build product knowledge, assist with store presentation, and process sales transactions using our POS system while supporting inventory and a welcoming, clean environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
