Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly customer service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

You’ll greet customers, operate the register, balance the till, restock merchandise, and keep displays neat while working with the team to meet daily sales and production goals. Training is provided, and scheduling includes evenings and weekends.

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa Pay: $12.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

• High school diploma or currently pursuing

Preferred

• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or thrift store experience
• Experience using a point of sale system
