Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate. The role offers 25 hours per week with a pay rate of $13.73 per hour, combining customer service with retail operations to support our mission-driven work.

You will assist customers, process transactions on the POS system, keep the store clean and organized, and help display new merchandise while contributing to daily goals and a welcoming shopping environment.

About the Role

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Store Sales Associate. We're seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our diverse community of customers and donors. This role combines customer service, retail operations, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs. You'll be an essential part of our team, transforming donations into resources that directly support our mission of serving those in need in our community.

Pay Rate : $13.73 per hour

Status: Part Time, 25 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities
