ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales Associate, also known as a "Product Specialist," at Skechers, you join a team focused on growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort. In this entry-level retail role, you'll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store's success. COMPENSATION RATE:

STARTING RATE: $18.00

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $18.00 – $19.10

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer finds the perfect fit. Exceptional service is our top priority.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets. Develop retail sales skills and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This includes lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and standing for most of your shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
