• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (required)
• Bilingual (preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Physical Demands

Most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity and specific vision abilities are required. These requirements can be met with the use of eyeglasses or contacts.
