Job Duties

• Greeting guests at the door
• Informing guests of specials and pertinent information regarding their experience
• Receiving the public and answering questions
• Operating in adherence to the Bureau of Cannabis Control
• Completing all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers
• Communicating and reporting guest or product requests properly
• Providing outstanding guest service by creating a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and possessing solid product knowledge
• Maintaining awareness of all product information, promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements
• Assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise; participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
