Atrium Staffing LLC is recruiting for a Retail Sales Associate for a luxury fashion retailer at Cabazon outlets, Southern California. This seasonal role runs through December 16, with full-time hours (40/week) and weekend availability to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

You will assist customers with styling, build relationships, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining a premium store environment and assisting with inventory and merchandising tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an elevated designer retail environment, represent a luxury fashion brand, and provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers during the busy holiday season.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking personable, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our client's Luxury Retail team for the holiday season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for fashion, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with product selections, provide styling recommendations, support sales goals, and help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Candidates should be dependable, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers while delivering an elevated shopping experience. This is a seasonal role through December 16. The ideal candidate should have open availability including weekends and will work full-time from 10 AM to 8 PM.
