Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a grand opening in September 2026. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will deliver friendly service, operate the POS, restock, and keep the shop welcoming. Paid training, plus benefits, are provided to support your growth and team success.

Location: Ballwin, MO

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

• Ability to provide friendly customer service
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or thrift store experience
• Experience using a point of sale system
