Job summary

Visionworks Retail Eyewear Specialist is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best journey for every patient and customer. This role involves optics knowledge and guiding customers through the Visionworks experience to meet eyewear needs simply, humanly, and boldly.

Responsibilities include achieving daily sales goals, engaging customers, taking measurements for eyewear, and handling routine store operations such as restocking and order fulfillment.

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate: $10.64-14.01/hr

A Visionworks Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way.
