Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to partner with the Boutique Manager, elevate the guest experience, and lead the customer-first strategy across the boutique.
You will mentor a sales team, manage daily operations, inventory and scheduling, and deliver the signature Nespresso service. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of luxury retail management, 2+ years supervising direct reports, a high school diploma, and a passion for coffee and sustainability.

As an Assistant Boutique Manager with Nespresso, you’ll help create a warm, immersive coffee experience that embodies the heart of our brand. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you’ll guide the boutique’s customer-first strategy, elevating service, operational flow, and the overall boutique experience.
You’ll empower your team to deliver the signature Nespresso quality service: inviting, attentive, and authentically connected.
