European Wax Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to help lead a top performing location. You will drive sales, train and motivate the team, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing daily operations.

You will organize scheduling, track performance metrics, and support events. The role requires a proven sales record, leadership potential, flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience in Customer Service preferred.
• 6 months experience in Sales preferred.
• 6 months in Leadership preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the location to break records and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and problem solving.
• Coach performance using available metrics and develop associates.
• Implement and execute systems aligned with a high performing franchise.
• Create visual tracking and reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint; handle scheduling, inventory and reporting.

European Wax Center is seeking an exceptional Retail Sales Assistant Manager with a passion for sales, team building and training to oversee operations and drive performance. European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States with over 1,000 locations across the country, and over 1 million waxes a month. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive this top performing location to break national company records Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving
• Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associate's professional growth through achievement and accountability
• Implement and execute systems/process consistent with a high performing franchise
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports using Excel, Word and Power Point 90% of time is customer facing, however you will also be responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, inventory and reporting
• Organize outreach and marketing events

• Demonstrated success as an effective trainer and motivator to create a winning team
• Be enthusiastic about our brand, outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented
• Exceptional customer service and social skills including ability to communicate effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching and group presentations
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evening/weekends

Requirements
