Starting Pay Rates

Starting hourly rates are at least the local minimum wage and vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Pay ranges include:

• Meat Associate: $15.70 - $16.80
• Floral Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
• Produce Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
• General Merchandise Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
• Receiving/Freight Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
• Scan Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
• Dairy Associate: $15.95 - $16.50
