Starting hourly rates are at least the local minimum wage and vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Examples include:

• Floral Associate - $14.75 – $15.00
• Produce Associate - $14.75 – $15.00
• General Merchandise Associate - $15.00 – $15.45
