The Position

Next Gen Exposure is looking for a motivated Retail Sales & Customer Experience Representative to join our Kalamazoo team. This is an in-person, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a goal-oriented environment. You will work directly with customers in a retail setting, learn how to identify customer needs, explain products and services clearly, answer questions, and help create a positive overall customer experience.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are also interested in candidates coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, wireless sales, athletics, or other fast-paced, people-focused environments. We provide training for individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
