Sales & Marketing - Boston, MA / Atlanta, United States

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Retail Sales Account Representative for our Sampco division of JBS USA. The principal focus of the Sales Account Executive is to oversee sales initiatives for retailers on the East Coast of the USA, maintaining excellent customer relationships and achieving profitable sales growth.

Our ideal candidate will work remotely from an East Coast home office and cover the Eastern territory.

Responsibilities:
  1. Grow the company’s revenue aggressively while maximizing profitability.
  2. Develop merchandising and sales programs to increase sales volume and profits within the retail space.
  3. Manage, mentor, and motivate broker representatives to maximize sales across all retail accounts in a cost-effective manner.
  4. Participate actively in sales management of accounts, establishing and maintaining effective communication between customers and the company.
  5. Interface with support staff (traffic, documentation, accounting, etc.).
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail sales within the food industry.
  • Experience working with large and national retailers on the East Coast is strongly preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency and availability.
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to sales and problem-solving.
  • Passionate about sales with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers, attend headquarters, etc.
  • Ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

The position offers the following compensation and benefits:

  • Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid Time Off including sick leave, vacation, and 6 company-observed holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with company match beginning after one year of service.
  • Base salary range of $100,000–$120,000.
  • Eligibility to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan; bonus amounts vary.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through ongoing learning and development programs.
