Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking motivated team members to join our Retail Sales Team. You’ll help guests find the perfect snack, gift, or candle, while delivering warm hospitality and a welcoming experience. We value teamwork, quick learning, and the ability to stay organized as you juggle multiple tasks.

No prior retail experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Competitive weekly pay, day-one benefits, and growth opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time
