Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring for Retail Sales team members in Mattoon, IL. You’ll greet guests, help them find items, and create memorable experiences, not just complete sales.

No prior retail experience is needed—we’ll train you and welcome you to a warm, team-focused culture. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.75 per hour, with weekly pay, health insurance eligibility on day one for full- and part-time staff, vacation time, and growth through PAR training, 401(k) matching, and employee stock purchase
