Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Spokane, WA. You will be on the sales floor guiding customers through product options with a consultative approach, while aiming to meet sales targets and earning commissions. The role includes events, online orders, and outbound calls, with scheduling from 9am–9pm including weekends.

Weekly hours total 40, with seniority-based scheduling two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided if you

You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs. Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $48,914 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
