Key Responsibilities
Merchandise products according to store layouts and POGs. Roll-out promotions. Gather and report customer feedback. Maintain established inventory levels for all products sold,to include, but not limited to soft drinks, pre-packaged food, sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, fruits, vegetables, candy, pastry, and snack items. Restock shelves, coolers, and coffee. Followinventory-trackingand product-rotation protocols. Collect and record out-of-date, rejected,or unsold merchandise. Monitorstheshelf life of products to minimize spoilage losses.
Review inventory requirements toidentifywhat products are needed for each point of sale. Works closely with the warehouse to ensure all products are ready for delivery. Load and unload productsin accordance withproper safety protocols to prevent injury. Drivethecompany vehicle to deliver merchandise. Maintain open lines of communication with managementregardingaccount product changes andrecommendscheduling changes.
Collect money from kiosks. Followcash-handlingandloss-preventionprotocols to ensure personal and property safety. Record transactions onappropriate formsand/or handhelddevice. Monitor and report any activity that seems out of the norm or raises specific concern about potential misconduct.
Ensure proper handling and refrigeration of all perishable items during transit and while stocking products. Ensure coolersmaintainappropriate temperaturesfor product storage. Perform routine cleaning,including, but not limited to, coffee machines, microwaves, coolers, racks, shelves, tables, countertops, floors, and windows, ateach point of sale.
Greet clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers to address questions or concerns. Provideproduct and solution suggestionsas needed. Provide Feedback and suggestions to improve route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Full inventory counts must be completedand submittedasdesignatedby company protocol.
Inspect food quality & appearance; report stale products, review "pick" sheets, conduct finalwalk-through.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to lift, bend,stoop, and reach throughout the route.
Must be 21 to meet DOT requirements.
