What You'll Do As a Retail Route Merchandiser

• Load, deliver, and merchandise products such as soft drinks, beverages, coffee, cups, condiments, snacks, fresh food, and sundries to customer locations.
• Restock and maintain vending/micro market equipment, ensuring cleanliness and performing inventory checks.
• Collect cash/coins from vending locations and markets, rotate stock to ensure FIFO product utilization.
• Assist management with customer communication regarding new products, services, and promotions.
• Set up merchandise displays and promotional materials to drive sales.
• Execute company plan-o-grams and promotional campaigns to enhance satisfaction.

General Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs+ and frequently reach, bend, and stoop.
• Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement) and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to adhere to workplace safety policies.
