Job Responsibilities

Responsible for guest experience in the retail outlet, including stocking, cleaning all shelves and fixtures/furniture, and reporting to Retail leadership if any issues negatively impact the guest shopping experience. High guest contact (in person or on the phone) with a focus on delivering superior service using a pleasant and calm voice, perfect diction, and adhering to luxury standards. Ability to clearly explain body care and skin care ingredients and their benefits to guests is essential. Follow procedures for proper cash, credit card, and gift card handling, and be personally responsible for cash bank. Respond to all guest order communications within 2 business days in a proper business format. Maintain close communication with Retail Leadership regarding merchandise, physical plant issues, inventory needs, and daily shipments. Keep the work space clean and orderly. Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external guests. Assist with pre-inventory counting when needed.

Essential Job Functions

The pay scale for this position is $20.60/hour.
