Job summary

CRO-US in Memphis is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our merchandising team. You will reset and stock sections, handle new item cut-ins, and build relationships with store management and associates.

This part-time role offers daytime hours with no evenings or weekends, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. Must be at least 18, able to lift 25–50 lbs, and travel within a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday - Thursday, starting at 7 am. Occasional Fridays.
• Must have access to a smart device.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores within 30 miles of Memphis, TN.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• New item cut-ins and shelf management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
• Reporting service and visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
