Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic Retail Reset Merchandiser to support well-known grocery retailers in Jackson, TN. You’ll start with online training and work both independently and as part of a team to excel in merchandising tasks.

You’ll gain experience with planograms, resets, and relationship-building with store staff while traveling between stores. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and physical capability to handle lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available Monday–Thursday starting at 7 am; occasional Fridays as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a day.
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs.
• Experience with planograms and resets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
