Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, personable individual to execute merchandising tasks at our client's grocery locations in Des Moines. You’ll reset and stock sections, manage new item cut-ins, and report visits via a mobile app, working both independently and on a team.

Starting at 8 am, part-time hours, with no evenings or weekends required. Paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth within CROSSMARK and Acosta Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising at retail locations preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with store staff and management.
• Comfortable using a mobile app to upload reports and photos.

What You'll Do

• Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.


• New item cut-ins and shelf management.


• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.


• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.

What We’re Looking For

• Available to work Monday - Friday, starting at 8 am. Occasional Fridays.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.


• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.


• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations per day.


• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
