Job summary

ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring a Retail Lead Generation Specialist to work in busy retail partner locations. You will engage homeowners, explain remodeling services, and book free in-home consultations while keeping accurate CRM records.

• Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, banking, wireless, automotive, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Represent the ZINTEX brand inside major retail partner locations.
• Engage homeowners through friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about remodeling services and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Accurately enter customer information into our CRM and maintain a polished workspace.
