Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions that are in their best interests. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to enhance customer experience and meet business goals.

  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects, providing needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions across banking, investments, lending, and small business services.
  • Advise clients on digital and self-serve banking options for a seamless experience.
  • Support customer transactions based on branch traffic.
  • Expand BMO’s customer base through outreach, appointments, and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies during credit audits and application processes.
  • Apply risk management principles to maintain portfolio quality and protect assets.
  • Make credit recommendations aligned with sound principles and bank policies.
  • Work as part of a collaborative branch and market team.
  • Understand customer needs for personal banking and credit cards, integrating marketing strategies into conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • For Canada: Investment product registration completed, appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
  • Experience with retail investments and lending products is preferred.
  • Comfortable with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
  • Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on personal experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication, organization, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Salary: $45,900.00 - $73,700.00

Pay Type: Salaried
