Location: Greenwood Village branch

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

U.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the S.A.F.E. Act. This requires Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be conducted. Restrictions on performing in a real estate agent capacity may apply.

• Proactively engages with existing customers and prospects, providing needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments, recommending tailored solutions for banking, investments, lending, and small business needs.
• Offers advice on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer convenience.
• Supports customer transactions based on traffic and needs.
• Builds new relationships within the community through outreach and appointments.
• Addresses questions and resolves issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Applies risk management principles to protect the bank's assets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Makes credit recommendations in accordance with sound principles and policies.
• Collaborates within the branch and market team.
• Understanding customer needs and integrating marketing promotions into conversations.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience with retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in financial services and proficiency with digital tools.
• Customer service or sales experience with a personal touch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $41,715.00 - $67,000.00
