6. Making credit recommendations for personal and home financing, following sound credit principles.
7. Collaborating with team members to enhance branch performance and customer experience.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
9. Reporting suspicious activities related to money laundering.
10. Handling escalations and complex tasks within established guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
2. Relevant licensing and registration, including for investment and lending products.
3. Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
4. Experience in financial services, customer service, or sales roles.
5. Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Comfort with digital tools and social media.
7. Results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.

Additional Details:

• Salary range: $41,715 - $67,000.
